Andrew will play a key leadership role in the delivery of West London Zone’s new organisational strategy. We aim to deepen our work in West London, delivering high-quality and intensive social, emotional and academic support for children and young people through our collective impact partnership model based in schools. While continuing to broaden our scope, undertaking more work to help strengthen our communities by building our West London Zone alumni and supporting community organising around issues that matter. We also have some exciting plans beyond West London which will be announced in the coming weeks.

The challenges young people face today are significant and there has never been a greater need for our work supporting children and young people to build the relationships, skills and self-belief they need to take on life positively. We are delighted that Andrew joins us at this time to support our growth and our constant efforts to achieve more and better social impact.

It is exciting and highly motivating for the West London Zone team and our communities to have someone with Andrew’s experience joining us.

“I am delighted and very excited to be joining West London Zone as the new Chief Delivery Officer. The work WLZ does each day is inspiring.  Enabling and supporting children and young people to realise their potential, focusing on their social, emotional and academic development has proven to have such value.  I can’t wait to work to deepen and broaden the work and impact.” Andrew Oliva-Hauxwell
