Join the team Join us to make West London a better place for all children and young people! West London Zone (WLZ) is an award-winning charity that has just begun a new and ambitious 5-year growth strategy. Now more than ever the work we do to support young people and families is so important. We help young people to build the relationships and skills they need to get on track socially, emotionally and academically to thrive in adulthood. Our personalised 2-year support plan builds trusted relationships, provides specialist support and joins up each child’s support system, including families, schools and local organisations. We’re an energetic, passionate and ambitious team that really care about helping children and young people to succeed. We have an open, collaborative working environment that encourages learning and progression. We’re also a social bunch - enjoying activities such as book club and share-a-skill sessions. We have a range of roles for people with different skills, from analysing data in our Impact Team to working directly with young people as a Link Worker.
