Rachael Olubayo Rachael is a West London resident. She studied at the University of Nottingham where she read Sociology and Social Policy. During this time, Rachael volunteered as an Into University mentor where she would meet with students on a bi-weekly basis to raise their academic attainment and aspirations. Alongside this, Rachael also worked as an Academic Support Volunteer where she supported students in a classroom environment. Rachael has also worked within the Special Education Needs department as a Learning Support Assistant at a school in North London. More recently, she worked at the ClementJames Centre in North Kensington, delivering a programme of Academic Support, Mentoring and specialised study days/weeks to young people in the area.
