After completing her BA Hons in History in 2013, Ajan had a brief stint working at a planning department in North London before transition to working in administration. She has experience working in the international education sector, as well as in a corporate setting for a large assistance company supporting CEOs and Group Directors. Claire Bennett People and Culture Business Partner Claire has previously worked within the healthcare sector for over 17 years. She is a CIPD qualified Human Resources professional with a depth of experience of working in both specialist and generalist roles. Claire holds a BA in Theology and Religious Studies and History from the University of Surrey, Roehampton and is currently working towards her CIPD level 7 advanced diploma. Haylee Hayden Learning & Development Business Partner Haylee joined WLZ after seventeen years of working in secondary education. As a previous Deputy Head-teacher and lead practitioner, she has vast experience in learning, training, and developing people of all ages. She is passionate about metacognition, and helping people to understand and develop the skills needed to unlock their potential. With a background in Marketing, Media and Drama, Haylee has a BA in English Literature and hopes to gain her CIPD Level 5 qualification next year. Lily Assefa HR Officer After completing her MBA in Marketing, Lily worked as a Business Analyst and later on as a Product Manager for First Rate Travel Services (a joint venture between Bank of Ireland and The Post Office). After taking few years to look after her son, she worked for the National Institute for African Studies as Programme Manager/Administrator. Mariana Camarotte Office Manager & Inclusion Lead Mariana is an experienced executive assistant and management professional. She has worked in management roles in the private and not-for-profit sectors in Brazil, Portugal and UK. Most recently, she worked as the Executive Assistant for the CEO and Board of Directors of a community foundation that tackles poverty in the East End of London. Mariana has a Management degree from Surrey University and is a qualified PRINCE II project manager.
