Impact Team Vacancies Impact Officer Data is key to our work in proactively identifying, planning and delivering preventive support, and driving impact for children and young people. The Impact Officer will take a leading role in using data to drive impact for children and young people on the West London Zone programme. You will be responsible for supporting data collection, data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with other members of the Impact Team to implement projects, and work with other teams to ensure key research findings are communicated and understood. To apply, please send a completed application form to: [email protected] The main responsibilities are; Working closely with the Impact Manager to implement WLZ’s data collection processes, ensuring high quality, complete and timely data collection is achieved. This will involve working closely with schools, Link Workers and delivery partners to ensure data is accurately collected from a wide network. Carry out routine data cleaning, to ensure that all data stored is valid and robust. Work closely with the Impact Manager to deliver in-depth quantitative outcomes evaluation of the WLZ programme, to generate learning and insight to improve our programme and drive impact for children and young people. Regular quantitative analysis of WLZ delivery metrics (monitoring data) so that we can understand the delivery of the WLZ programme accurately. Supporting our delivery partners with quantitative analysis of their programmes, including pre-post outcomes analysis. Conducting qualitative analysis on ad hoc projects, and providing insightful learnings and recommendations to the organisation. Support the Impact Manager and Head of Impact with reporting on our programme internally, and externally to schools, local councils and funders. Work closely with the Head of Impact on projects with external researchers, including external evaluators. Applications received before 11:30pm on Sunday 14th June will be considered.
