We have learnt a huge amount about delivering impactful programmes for children in our Zone, and doing this collectively with our community – children, parents, teachers, funders, other charities and people from our neighbourhood. Our Collective Impact in Practice report aims to summarise the key things about our programme that make it work so well.

It also includes information about our ‘social impact bond’ funding model and the delivery model we have refined over three years of supporting children. We hope it will be interesting to the growing number of organisations looking to West London Zone for inspiration.
